You can view Horizon Client logs for troubleshooting. You cannot connect to a server directly through Horizon Client, or your remote desktop and published application entitlements are not visible in Horizon Client.

When I look in the logs I find any number of lines marked error but the line I believe is relevant is: 'Error 0x80070643: Failed to install MSI package.
