This feature emulates the "Local Play" or "Local Wireless" multiplayer mode in a particular game, but connects you with other Ryujinx players anywhere in the world with internet access. That emulator is licensed under GPLv2 (General Public License v2.0, which makes it a little less slimy. You might instead want to take a peek at the emulator called Yuzu (developed by bylaws).
